Kiana Lee Martinez

I am an Assistant Research Professor in the Karnes Lab at the University of Arizona as part of the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science, College of Pharmacy. As a pharmacogenomics lab we are interested in using genetics to advance drug therapy by improving efficacy and reducing adverse effects.

I am a geneticist by training, and I did my PhD as part of the Genetics Graduate Interdisciplinary Program at the University of Arizona, advised by Christina Laukaitis.
